1. Operator and scope
Bufuxian is developed and operated by ANHUI QITAO XINGCHEN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. This policy applies to the Bufuxian app and support services directly related to it.
The app is not yet publicly available on the App Store. This page remains a release-preparation draft and will be reviewed against the actual submitted binary, services, and distribution scope before an effective date is assigned.
2. Current release summary
The current 1.0 release scope has no account, ads, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics, developer cloud, or remote AI. Ingredient or package photos, meal photos, profile details, inventory, meals, and Pretty Meal creations are processed locally and remain in the app sandbox.
3. Information stored on the device
The app stores daily table-inspiration state, inventory, user-entered meals and nutrition values, Pretty Meal creation indexes, reminders, and display settings on the device. The food profile stores only a nickname, taste preferences, and ingredients to avoid. Photos are copied into the app's document directory.
Depending on platform and device-backup settings, iCloud or device backups may include local data or photos from the app sandbox. The operator does not receive or control those system backups.
4. Camera, photo, and notification permissions
The app requests the relevant permission only when you choose to take a photo, select a photo, or enable a reminder. Refusing a permission does not block unrelated features. Notifications are used only for local reminders you select, and the current build does not obtain remote push tokens.
5. Dates, photo processing, and health information
You confirm a package date yourself or choose an attention date. The app performs no OCR and makes no freshness or food-safety determination. Check package instructions, smell, appearance, actual storage conditions, and authoritative or professional guidance.
In the current release build, Pretty Meal applies only on-device layouts and visual processing and does not call remote or generative AI. Meal nutrition and calories are user-entered or general editorial estimates, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalized nutrition advice.
7. Export, deletion, and retention
App Settings provides a JSON export that excludes photos and media paths. It is for review and retention, not a complete backup or one-step restore.
Clear Local Content removes table inspiration, inventory, meals, and creations while retaining language, theme, and text-size preferences. Uninstalling removes the app sandbox on the current device. Existing system backups remain subject to Apple and your backup settings.
8. Children
The product is intended for general adult food-life use, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. A guardian who believes a minor provided personal information through support may request deletion by email.
9. Security, storage region, and cross-border processing
The current build stores business data in the app's local namespace and has no developer account or cloud database. The operator does not receive local ingredient, meal, or photo data through ordinary use, so there is currently no operator-controlled cross-border transfer of that business data.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its date when features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the app, store listing, or another reasonable method.
