1. Acceptance and scope
Bufuxian is developed by ANHUI QITAO XINGCHEN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Downloading, installing, or using the app indicates acceptance of the final effective Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.
This page is currently a non-effective release-preparation draft. Store downloads, system services, and system sharing are also governed by Apple and the relevant receiving services.
2. Current features
The current release scope provides local ingredient-date records, reminders, manual meal records, editorial meal inspiration, and on-device layouts and visual processing for meal photos. It has no purchase, subscription, account, cloud sync, remote AI, or remote food-recognition entry point.
3. Dates, nutrition, and food safety
Dates are confirmed by you and are used only for records and reminders. The app performs no OCR and makes no freshness or food-safety determination. Nutrition, calorie, ingredient, and meal-inspiration information may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, package label, or food-safety authority.
4. Your photos and content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your photos and input and confirm that you are entitled to use them. Do not process, store, or share unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights. You are responsible for checking the recipient and appropriateness of anything shared through the system share sheet.
5. Local data and availability
Local data may be lost through device damage, system issues, insufficient storage, content clearing, uninstalling, backup settings, or software errors. JSON export excludes photos and is not a complete backup or restore tool. We will reasonably maintain the product but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every specific purpose.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to infringe rights, process unlawful content, bypass safeguards, interfere with operation, or present general records and estimates as professional medical, nutrition, or food-safety conclusions.
7. Intellectual property
The Bufuxian software, brand, interaction, visual design, original copy, and related assets are protected by their respective rights. Other than a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the product normally, no additional license is granted.
8. Changes and termination
We may update features and terms for security, compliance, compatibility, or product improvement. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
9. Governing law, disputes, and contact
Governing law, dispute venue, liability limits, consumer rights, and service-availability terms require final review by qualified counsel for the China-mainland-first release. Until then, this page is not an effective final end-user agreement.
