1. Current on-device data
Most business data in the current development build stays on your device. You can view goals, records, community previews, and profile data in the app and clear them from Settings and Data.
QTX Tech cannot create a server-side copy of device-local data that was never uploaded.
2. Requests you can make
- Confirm whether we process personal data associated with you
- Access or export data associated with an online account
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete account information
- Delete an account or personal data that is no longer needed
- Withdraw applicable consent or learn about available privacy choices
3. How to submit a request
Email privacy@qitaostar.cn from the address associated with your Restart Day account and use the subject Restart Day Data Request. Users of Hide My Email may provide the corresponding Apple private relay address.
- The right you want to exercise or the data issue you want resolved
- The email or Apple private relay address associated with the account
- The minimum information needed to help us locate the request
Never provide an Apple ID password, verification code, complete identity document, or unrelated sensitive records.
4. Verification and handling
To protect the account, we will request only verification proportionate to the risk. If reasonable verification through the account-associated email is not possible, we may be unable to deliver data or perform an account action.
The released service will state response periods, extensions, refusal reasons, and complaint channels under applicable law. This draft does not invent a single response period before legal review.
5. Limits on deletion and export
Records related to other people's shared conversations, group ownership, transactions, reports, moderation, security, or legal obligations may be retained, excluded from export, or irreversibly anonymized where permitted or required. The final policy will explain these categories.
