1. Scope and product status
Restart Day is developed by ANHUI QITAO XINGCHEN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. The product remains in development and is not publicly available on the App Store.
Community accounts, messages, memberships, comments, rankings, referral rewards, and transactions in the development build may be on-device preview data. They do not represent real people, real payments, or live online activity.
2. Product purpose and health boundaries
Restart Day helps users record self-discipline goals, reflect on action, and receive community support. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or professional mental-health services.
If a user faces a medical emergency, risk of self-harm or harm to others, or another immediate danger, they should contact local emergency services, a qualified professional, or trusted offline support immediately.
3. Accounts and profiles
After online accounts are enabled, users should authorize with an Apple account they are entitled to use and are responsible for keeping their device and account session secure.
Users may not impersonate another person or use names, images, or profile details that infringe another person's rights.
4. Community use and user content
Users are responsible for text, photos, videos, and messages they publish and must have the necessary copyright, publicity, privacy consent, and other permissions.
Users may not publish harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, violence, encouragement of self-harm, privacy violations, fraud, unlawful transactions, malicious redirection, or other illegal or harmful content.
Detailed rules appear in the Restart Day Community Guidelines.
5. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
After a live community launches, we may reject publication, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account under the Community Guidelines.
Reports in the current development build stay on the device and do not reach a platform review queue. The live community will not open before effective reporting and moderation exist.
6. Device permissions
Users can deny or withdraw photo and location permission in system settings. Denying a permission should affect only features that need it, not unrelated app functions.
7. Membership, purchases, and Restart Coins
The current membership and store preview does not start an App Store purchase, create an order, or enable auto-renewal.
Restart Coins are virtual product records with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, gifted, or withdrawn.
If real subscriptions launch later, price, duration, auto-renewal, cancellation, and purchase restoration will follow the Apple purchase sheet and final terms.
8. Sign-out, deletion, and service termination
Users may clear local data, sign out of an online account, and request account deletion after online accounts are enabled. Clearing local data and deleting an online account are separate actions.
If a user seriously or repeatedly violates these terms, the Community Guidelines, or law, the released service may restrict or end relevant features after appropriate notice and handling.
9. Intellectual property
Restart Day software, branding, interaction design, visuals, original copy, and related assets are protected by their respective rights. No license is granted beyond the limited, revocable, non-transferable right needed for ordinary product use.
10. Governing terms and final review
Governing law, dispute handling, liability limits, service availability, and consumer rights require final legal review based on release regions. Until then, this page is not the final effective end-user agreement.
